  • How much is it going to cost?

    It depends on what you need! For social media services we charge a base retainer fee. For web design, most sites start at $5,000 depending on the platform, how in depth the site needs to go, and creative involved.

  • How involved do you (business owner) have to be?

    You can be involved as little or as much as you would like to be. The best results come when you and I work together and communicate open and honestly. Working together is FUN!

  • What platforms do you post on?

    We actively post on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn for our clients.

  • How often should you post on social media?

    There really is no right or wrong answer. The key is to actually post regularly for your business…it shows you are in business, relevant and gives a snapshot into what you do.

  • What else does ETC do besides social media?

    The company is named ETC because we do anything and everything when it comes to digital marketing for businesses.

  • What does ETC NOT do?

    I’d like to say that ETC can do it all, but it’s impossible. SEO and Google Ads are not something we do, but anything social is our jam. However, we have great partners we work with that specialize in these things.

  • What is the minimum amount of time a business can work with ETC?

    We do 6 months contracts with our clients. It takes about 6 months to get into a rhythm.

  • What if my style is not bright and colorful like your branding?

    We work with all different types of clients with branding that is the opposite of ETC. We match your company’s style.

  • What business industries does ETC work with?

    Our clients range from foodservice to healthcare to service-based businesses.
